How Season 5 Plays Out
Season 5 is economy season. Bank Strongholds turn CrystalGold into compound interest. The Trade Train starts in Week 2 and feeds the banking economy with Whiskey. The Caffeine Institute replaces Furnaces and Lighthouses with temporary buff coffee. City captures only happen on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Sundays are Truce Day. The financial discipline matters as much as the military strategy. Season 5 runs roughly 8-10 weeks.
Trade Train → Whiskey → CrystalGold → Bank Strongholds → Compound Interest → Final Ranking. Every link feeds the next. Players who run efficient trade routes, protect deliveries, and reinvest interest pull ahead exponentially. Players who treat S5 like S4 — just capturing territory — fall behind regardless of military strength.
